Mission
To provide high‑quality, preventative, and early intervention support that strengthens families, reduces hardship, and promotes emotional, social, and economic wellbeing. We work collaboratively with universal services, community partners, and families themselves to identify emerging needs early, prevent escalation, and ensure children and vulnerable adults remain safe, supported, and able to thrive.
